But we thought that in order to achieve one\u2019s dreams, there is a need of personal development.  We wanted to underline the importance of personal growth and how it varies according to each individual&#8217;s needs and goals. To achieve those goals each individual needs to work on one&#8217;s personal behavior and and attitudes. So because there is a need to evolve personally,  we decided that we would do a last talk on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/weesuwul.nitteknalogik.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/developpement-personnel.pdf\">Personal development<\/a>\u201d and Emile Thiaw was the panelist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The feedback from\nthe participants was positive and there was a nice discussion when\nsharing the need to be more confident in themselves, the fact that\nhelps to deal with stress and that opens new life perspectives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The last organized panel was on Women\u2019s leadership, to encourage the participants to be ambitious about their lives, to dream and follow their dreams.
