Dalifort Hip Hop launches a  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterplace.me\/weesuwul-women-tic\">crowdfunding campaign<\/a> for the setting up of the training centre in free technology Kin\u00e9 Diop, in Dalifort Foirail (Dakar, Senegal).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Weesuwul<\/strong><\/em> is a training project run by Focus Yarakh  and FUK&#8217;N&#8217;KUK, which had two editions: in 2017 with  a project on <em>Youth involvement in local development  <\/em>and in 2018 <em>Citizenship and living environment<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIn\n2020 will be its third edition and Weesuwul wants to\ncontribute to the<em><strong>\nempowerment of women <\/strong><\/em>in\nthe municipality of Dalifort(Dakar, Senegal) and increase their\n<em><strong>participation\nin citizenship<\/strong><\/em>\nissues through the use of free technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIn this\nedition, the main aim of the project is to create a meeting place for\nwomen where they can share their daily problems, interests and desire\nto learn. During the meetings women\u2019s issues will be documented\nthrough small reports and interviews.  The information gathered\nduring these workshops will be shared with the local authorities in\norder to find an initial solution.   \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nDuring\nthree months there will be training courses on free technologies that\nwill improve women\u2019s knowledge and skills. As result of the\nlearning process a webpage will be created by the women and different\ninformation gathered during the project will be published online. \nAll the equipment used for the training will be smartphones and\ncomputers, to guarantee that is material that is accessible for the\nwomen trained, so they can use it after the end of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAs closure\na music concert will be organized in the municipality giving priority\nto the participation of women artists from the municipality of\nDalifort.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A project to facilitate the socio-professional integration of women and girls through the use of free technology.
