The Kine Diop Centre team

The year 2020 was the third edition of the Weesuwul project, “Women’s Empowerment through Free Technology“, after the wonderful experience of this project and in discussion with the women who were part of it, three of the women from the 2020 training were invited to be part of the management team of the long term project, which involves the start up of the Kine Diop Free Technology Training Centre.
One of the aims of the project is to be run by the women of the Dalifort community themselves, and through the training of trainers, the women will be able to ensure the continuity of the women’s training in the long term.

This process involves a commitment from the whole team to be trained in basic accounting, project writing, online communication, training and thinking about the financial sustainability of the project itself.
