Start of the 2021 training at the Kiné Diop Free Technology Centre

In 2021, we will resume free source training with a new group, but this year we will focus on learning the basic tools of citizen journalism.

This year also marks the beginning of a long-term training centre, which we call the Kiné Diop Centre.

The Kiné Diop Centre started training on 06 February 2021 to train women on free technology.

During the first sessions of the course, we started to get to know the women, we made a round table so that they could introduce themselves. In a workshop they had to list their skills, their dreams and their expectations.

At the beginning we noticed that the women all had a problem speaking in public, so we planned to organise debates with them to discuss themes.
