Women’s leadership

To end the series of panels done during the project, we decided to choose a topic that would encourage the women to continue with their projects and follow their dreams. For this reason we invited Maman Faye, a reference as president of “We management” Urban culture managers and entrepreneurs network, entrepreneur of an online business, to talk about Women’s leadership.

Women’s leadership, understands leadership as the ability to carry out initiatives to improve the well-being of the community, to have the values and principles to become a reference for others.

Also in this occasion, and as a result of the empowering process during the last months, Fatou Sene participant of the project proposed herself to be the panel’s moderator, a task she was doing for the first time.
